Amino Acid Analysis (chromatographic method)
The amino acid composition is a key indicator of the nutritional value of raw materials and PVMS. The use of an advanced chromatographic method (HPLC) makes it possible to determine both the total content and the free or synthetic forms.
- Determination of an individual amino acid — from 37 € to 50 €.
- Basic packages (lysine, methionine, threonine, and others) — from 127 €.
- Extended profile (up to 18 Amino Acids in total) for in-depth analysis of premixes and feeds — up to 233 €.
Physico-Chemical Parameters (referee methods)
Basic quality control is impossible without determining the essential physico-chemical properties. Our tests are performed using classic referee (arbitration) methods, recognised at the international level:
- Moisture / Dry Matter Content (from 10 €) and ash content (15 €) — primary markers of raw material quality.
- Determination of nutrients: crude protein (22 €), crude fat / oil (18 €) and crude fibre (16 €).
- Calculation of metabolizable energy value (17 €) for formulating effective diets.
Vitamins & Micro-/Macro-Elements
To confirm the balance of diets, we carry out high-precision vitamin determination by chromatographic method (HPLC). Analysis of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K3) costs from 49 €, while a comprehensive analysis of water-soluble vitamins (B-complex and C) — 79 €.
The mineral profile is analysed using atomic spectroscopy. You can order testing of individual macro- and micro-elements (calcium, phosphorus, sodium, zinc, etc.) at a price from 25 € per parameter, or choose a cost-effective package of 8 key elements for 78 €.
